Fact... Only about
50% of most martial arts is applicable to actual combat
& self Defence, the other 50% is purely art specific
(patterns or forms, traditional procedures, history and
philosophy) and although the traditional side of martial
arts can be very interesting and beautiful, most people
simply don’t have time for this, they just want to get
fit and learn how to defend themselves as quickly as
possible!
Solution... Rather
than spend 50% of your time and effort on traditional
procedures and 50% on combat / self Defence &
fitness procedures, why not put 100% of
your time and effort into combat / self Defence &
fitness!
