Phil Thomas 4th Degree Black Belt has clubs in Milton Keynes, Banbury and Brackley.

The Milton Keynes and Banbury Clubs have been established for over 25 years. Phil personally teaches at both clubs, but we are proud of the fact the we have 10 qualified Instructors at both clubs and over 40 Black Belts!

We run several classes each evening, including total beginner classes.
